Read it like a signal: by shape first, then colour.

Every item gets a lamp. Colour is kept for the two that can’t wait, so a glance tells you whether to stop what you’re doing.

  • One inbox for everything that needs you

Pull requests waiting on your review, issues assigned to you, Slack messages that mention you, your next meeting and your own to-dos, in one list.

  • The next action, readable at a glance

The top of the list is one sentence: what to do now and why. Everything else waits underneath, ordered by how much it needs you.

  • On your Mac’s menu bar and your phone

The same app runs on both, with the same inbox. Mark something done on your phone and it’s gone from your Mac.

  • Agents work your tasks

Hand a task to an AI coding assistant on your computer or another machine. Its progress shows on the task, and you review before it closes.

  • Nothing gets lost

Every change and every timer is written down before it runs, so a crash, a reboot or a dead battery picks up where it left off.

  • Connect what you use

GitHub, Linear, ClickUp, Slack and Google Calendar, each one read-only unless you say otherwise.

Your data never sits on a server you don’t own.

Signalbox has no server. Your devices talk to each other directly, and keep a backup in a private git repository you own, encrypted so its host only ever stores ciphertext.

  • Encrypted at rest on every device, keys in the Keychain.
  • No analytics, tracking or ads, in the app or on this site.
  • Connected accounts are read-only unless you say otherwise.

Questions

Is there a Signalbox server?

No. Signalbox runs on your own devices. They sync with each other directly and through a private git repository you own, encrypted end to end.

What does it do with my Google account?

Only your calendar, and only once you tick it in Settings: Signalbox reads your meetings, and creates or changes an event only when you ask it to. The privacy policy lists every permission.

Which devices does it run on?

macOS, in the menu bar, and Android phones. Both run the same app and share one inbox.

Does it use my data to train AI?

No. Signalbox never uses your data for advertising or to train AI models. An agent you start works under your own account with its provider.

How do I stop it reading something?

Disconnect it in Settings. For Google you can also revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
